The Randolph County Sheriff's Office wants to inform the community about the Level 3 and 4 Registered Sex Offender list during this Halloween Season.  Level 4 and 4 offenders can not participate in the Halloween season, per Arkansas Code Annotated 12-12-901.  The Randolph County Sheriff's Office is releasing the address for offenders in our county for the DO NOT TRICK OR TREAT.
